Nightlife boss, Frank Okamigbo has just bagged a Masters degree in Philosophy from
the University of Lagos years after wrapping up his first degree from the same university'.
He shared photos from his graduation on social media with the caption,

Frank Papas' as he is popularly called, was the Managing Partner of The Place Night Club Lekki before resigning a while back.
